The publication notes that “On Friday, September 6, Champagne Ayala and Michelin star restaurant L’Appart are offering consumers a one-night-only dining experience prepared by Chef Nicolas Abello. The hidden gem of Le District, L’Appart offers an experience in line with an intimate dinner party at a chef’s apartment.” Offering further description, “Chef Abello has hand selected some of Ayala’s most ethereal wines – Brut Majeur Cuvée, Rosé Majeur NV, Le Blanc de Blancs 2013 and Brut Nature NV – for the experience. Having access to the more than 2,500 ingredients from Le District, he was able to curate a fresh and dynamic menu that pairs seamlessly with Ayala wines.
